Operator and service
AnvilReps is operated by Paweł Grzeszczak, correspondence address: Kazimierza Pułaskiego 3/33, 05-400 Otwock, Polska. Contact, complaints and account requests: [email protected]. These terms cover the web service, PWA and native iOS app sharing one account.
AnvilReps is a training diary for plans, history, measurements, statistics and estimates. The PWA remains unrestricted by Premium. iOS may offer free access and an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription. Purchases are available only when the app displays a product and a price retrieved from the App Store; creating an account or finishing the app trial never creates a charge.
Account and technical requirements
Creating an account requires a unique username, a 12–256 character password, an account recovery email and a training profile. A username contains 3–40 letters, numbers, dots, hyphens or underscores. Registration completes after accepting these terms and the license and verifying the email using the link in the message. Existing accounts retain access and can add an email after signing in. Google sign-in is only available in supported clients when configured.
The PWA needs a current browser with JavaScript, essential cookies and local storage. The iOS app requires iOS 17 or later. Initial sign-in, synchronization, videos and some exports require internet access. Local copies can remain on the device; the current iOS installation permits offline access for 30 days after session verification.
Provide accurate details necessary for the features, protect your password and do not share your account. If you lack full legal capacity, involve your legal representative or obtain their approval where legally required. This form does not collect guardian consent; contact the operator before registering in this situation.
iOS access and Premium subscriptions
When the Premium model is enabled, new accounts receive 14 days of full access from the first started workout, including one started in the PWA. This app trial is not an Apple subscription and never automatically becomes paid. Accounts with earlier full access retain it. When the model is disabled, features remain accessible without a purchase.
Free iOS access includes workouts, history, synchronization, built-in plans and three active personal plans. Additional plans remain saved; you can change the active three. Premium unlocks personal-record and progress analysis, additional personal plans and folder management. Editing a built-in plan creates a personal copy.
Premium is an annual subscription. The purchase screen and Apple confirmation show the exact price, currency and any offer terms before purchase. A purchase starts the paid period immediately, even before the app trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge for renewal during the final 24 hours. Price changes and offers follow Apple disclosures and required consent.
Apple handles payment and subscription management. Cancel renewal in your Apple account subscription settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Signing out, uninstalling the app or deleting your AnvilReps account does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends; a refund or revocation may end access earlier. Request an Apple payment refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or complaints to the operator.
A purchase is assigned to the AnvilReps account used for purchase. Restore purchases using the same AnvilReps and Apple accounts. Transactions cannot be transferred to another AnvilReps account, including after deletion of the original account. Paid access requires Apple and server verification; a missing confirmation is not a reason to purchase again.
Use and estimates
Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, access others’ accounts, bypass security or disrupt the service. Only upload images and content you have the right to use. You grant the operator only the permission needed to store and display your content for your account.
Exercise instructions, BMI, energy needs and volume recommendations are informational estimates based on your inputs. They are not diagnosis, treatment or individual medical advice. Match exercise to your health and stop if concerning symptoms occur. Do not record other people’s medical information.
Storage, availability and termination
Offline mode stores a local copy and pending changes. Check synchronization; uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage may delete unsent changes. Synchronize or export before changing devices. Operator backups do not replace your own export.
The operator maintains the service and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Accounts may be restricted for rule violations or security risks, with an explanation and contact route unless law or security prevents this.
Start deletion of your shared iOS/PWA account in the app: Settings → Account deletion in iOS or Profile → Account deletion in the PWA. Confirm using your current password or a recent external sign-in. The server saves the request; the app displays a completion deadline within 30 days and a status link. You retain access until processing. Emailing support is not required to submit a request. Deletion covers the account, workouts, plans, measurements and custom artwork. Completion is confirmed through the status link and to a verified email if present. Export needed data beforehand and cancel Apple subscriptions separately. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
Complaints and changes
Send complaints to [email protected] with the issue, app version and contact details. Do not send passwords or unnecessary health information. The operator responds within 14 days or explains what information is needed.
Significant changes require prior notice and an opportunity to stop using the service. Documents have their own version. Acceptance is never assigned retroactively or inferred from signing in.
Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Polish law applies while preserving mandatory protection applicable to the user. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction at the operator’s location.
